Place the solution with unknown concentration in one well of a 1x12 well strip. Take the strip containing the color standards and place the strip with the unknown on top of it. Place them at an angle that allows you to look through the sides of both strips simultaneously. Slide them relative to each other and compare the intensity of the unknown with the intensity of each of the color standards in order to find a match.
